Power Washing Scope

• Scope: one small feature up to ~150 sq ft (front stoop/porch, short entry walk, small deck section, one set of steps, or one garage apron edge).
• Method: water-only, low/medium pressure; no detergents. Light dirt/mildew removal for photo-readiness, not restoration.
• Includes: Quick rinse of adjacent splash zone, before/after photos added to Documentation set.
• Excludes: heavy staining, oil/rust/efflorescence, graffiti, roof cleaning, oxidized/chalking siding, fragile coatings. Larger areas quoted.

• Scope: exterior rinse of a typical single-story vinyl side home. Removes loose dirt/pollen/light mildew for listing photos.
  
• Method: water-only, low/medium pressure. Not soft-wash. For heavy organic growth or stain removal, hire a soft-wash pro. Windows/doors avoided directly, before/after photos provided.

• Each appointment includes the first 30 round-trip miles at no charge.
• If the Travel Fee is paid as a Deposit, it will be applied to the final invoice

• Services will not be scheduled or performed until a deposit invoice is paid (see above deposit policy).

• A $25 administrative late fee is assessed on Day 11 for any unpaid balance.
• Beginning Day 31, a finance charge of 0.67% per month (8% APR equivalent) may be applied to past-due balances, or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.
• Returned payments (including NSF or failed ACH) incur a $35 processing fee per item (G.S. 25-3-506).
• Scout & Aerial may suspend services and withhold deliverables on past-due accounts.

Deposits are applied to your final invoice.

If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival window and we have not begun work or travel, we will refund your deposit in full, minus any non-refundable third-party costs (such as rush HOA or utility documents).

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be refunded minus the miles actually driven round trip.

We will never charge more in late-cancellation fees and mileage than the amount of your deposit, and we do not issue a separate invoice solely for cancellation fees.

You may reschedule once at no charge with more than 24 hours’ notice; your deposit moves with you to the new date. For reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice, the late-cancellation terms above apply. At our discretion, any remaining portion of your deposit after fees may be applied as a credit toward a new appointment scheduled within 30 days.

Weather & airspace: We don’t fly when unsafe/unauthorized; aerial portions will be rescheduled at no cost, or split from ground work.
