Listing Microsite

• Purpose: centralized, branded hub for all purchased digital media assets (photos, floor plans, aerials, and video when applicable) for social, email, and QR codes; MLS remains the system of record.

• Contents: photo gallery; floor plan block; aerial stills section when applicable; optional video embed if purchased; clean, single‑link presentation.

Leaf Blower Services

• Blow-Out (quick clean-up): $50 flat
  • Fast pass on hard surfaces for photos (porch, walk, driveway apron).
• Leaves Blown Out of the Way: $120/hr, prorated
  • Time-boxed blower work to consolidate leaves to curb or natural area for municipal pickup. Billed in 15-minute increments.
• Leaves Bagged ’n Dragged: $120/hr, prorated
  • Bagging and removal of leaf piles. Haul-away/disposal +$10 per contractor bag

Power Washing Scope

• Curb-Ready Wash (single feature)
  Scope: one small feature up to ~150 sq ft (front stoop/porch, short entry walk, small deck section, one set of steps, or one garage apron edge).

  Method: water-only, low/medium pressure; no detergents. Light dirt/mildew removal for photo-readiness, not restoration.

  Includes: Quick rinse of adjacent splash zone, before/after photos added to Documentation set.
  

  Excludes: heavy staining, oil/rust/efflorescence, graffiti, roof cleaning, oxidized/chalking siding, fragile coatings. Larger areas quoted.

• Basic House Rinse (no detergents)
  Scope: exterior rinse of a typical single-story vinyl side home. Removes loose dirt/pollen/light mildew for listing photos.
  

  Method: water-only, low/medium pressure. Not soft-wash. For heavy organic growth or stain removal, hire a soft-wash pro. Windows/doors avoided directly, before/after photos provided.
  

  Not included/limits: roofs, screened enclosures, painted/oxidized siding, delicate masonry.

• Two-Story House Rinse (no detergents)
  Scope: two-story vinyl siding; light soil only. Complex includes walkout basements (effective 3 sides), multiple bump-outs, balconies, or >6 ladder moves.
  

  Reach limits: ladder access to second-story eaves only; no service above peaks/gables that extend beyond second-story eave height; no roof access.
  

  Method: water-only, low/medium pressure. Not soft-wash. Avoidance of window/door seals; before/after photos provided.
  

  Excludes: high architectural peaks above reach limits, heavy organic growth, stain removal, painted/oxidized surfaces; those are quoted or referred.

• Driveway Rinse (water-only)
  Scope: flat, accessible concrete/asphalt; light soil only (dust/pollen/minor mildew).
  Billing: measured to exact SqFt
  

  Includes: before/after photos added to Documentation set.
  

  Excludes: oil/grease, rust, efflorescence, baked tire marks, steep grades with runoff issues, pavers with polymeric sand concerns.
  Heavy organic growth or stain work: +$50 time surcharge or referred to soft-wash pros.

• No roof or gutter work; we avoid blowing onto neighboring properties; client moves lightweight items/vehicles beforehand. Loose-leaf pickup schedules may apply seasonally; otherwise we stage to curb or haul per above.

Definitions & Scopes

Ongoing Support for Completed Tech Projects: Any tech project previously completed by Scout & Aerial (or any tech service provided while I was under 5 Star Leverage) includes complimentary ongoing support. This covers future questions, troubleshooting, and training related to that specific project so you can keep using it with confidence. New requests or changes outside the original scope are treated as a separate project with their own estimate. 

Initial Consult Call: A no-charge intake session to identify project needs and determine if Scout & Aerial has a viable solution. A $50 deposit is required only if both parties agree to proceed.

Clean Up CRM: A remote service to archive outdated entries, simplify or remove SmartPlans, check profile setup, and clear dead tasks — includes no structural re-tagging or list-building.

Per-Contact Work: Includes tag application, SmartField population (neighborhoods, birthdays), and segmentation inside the Command database. Designed to streamline follow-ups and SmartPlan automation.

Import Management: For spreadsheet-based contact lists. Includes formatting, deduplication, import mapping, and CRM upload. Sheet limit: one included; additional sheets billed separately.
