Scope: one small feature up to ~150 sq ft (front stoop/porch, short entry walk, small deck section, one set of steps, or one garage apron edge).Method: water-only, low/medium pressure; no detergents. Light dirt/mildew removal for photo-readiness, not restoration.
Includes: Quick rinse of adjacent splash zone, before/after photos added to Documentation set.
Excludes: heavy staining, oil/rust/efflorescence, graffiti, roof cleaning, oxidized/chalking siding, fragile coatings. Larger areas quoted.

Complex includes walkout basements (effective 3 sides), multiple bump-outs, balconies, or >6 ladder moves.Reach limits: ladder access to second-story eaves only; no service above peaks/gables that extend beyond second-story eave height; no roof access.
Method: water-only, low/medium pressure. Not soft-wash. Avoidance of window/door seals; before/after photos provided.
Excludes: high architectural peaks above reach limits, heavy organic growth, stain removal, painted/oxidized surfaces; those are quoted or referred.

Definitions & Scopes
Ongoing Support for Completed Tech Projects: Any tech project previously completed by Scout & Aerial (or any tech service provided while I was under 5 Star Leverage) includes complimentary ongoing support. This covers future questions, troubleshooting, and training related to that specific project so you can keep using it with confidence. New requests or changes outside the original scope are treated as a separate project with their own estimate.
Initial Consult Call: A no-charge intake session to identify project needs and determine if Scout & Aerial has a viable solution. A $50 deposit is required only if both parties agree to proceed.
Clean Up CRM: A remote service to archive outdated entries, simplify or remove SmartPlans, check profile setup, and clear dead tasks — includes no structural re-tagging or list-building.
Per-Contact Work: Includes tag application, SmartField population (neighborhoods, birthdays), and segmentation inside the Command database. Designed to streamline follow-ups and SmartPlan automation.
Import Management: For spreadsheet-based contact lists. Includes formatting, deduplication, import mapping, and CRM upload. Sheet limit: one included; additional sheets billed separately.
Travel Fee, Minimums, & Payment Policies

Base is Whitsett, NC 27377. First 20 round-trip miles are free; additional miles billed at $0.70/mi (round trip) using Google Maps distance. Travel is separate and does not count toward the $200 minimum.
Listing Services:
50% at order / 50% on delivery; travel billed at current IRS-style rate; not contingent on closing. Services will not be rendered until the initial 50% invoice has been paid. Remaining balance is due upon delivery of final assets.
Tech Services:
$50 deposit after an initial consult, Remainder due upon activation or completion of services.
Late Fees & Payment Policy:
Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed (Net 10). A $25 administrative late fee is assessed on Day 11 for unpaid balances. Beginning Day 31, a finance charge accrues on past-due balances at 0.67% per month (8% APR) or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less. Returned payments (NSF/ACH) incur a $35 processing fee per item (G.S. 25-3-506). Scout & Aerial may suspend services and withhold deliverables on past-due accounts. If collection is necessary, client is responsible for allowable collection costs and attorney’s fees as permitted by North Carolina law, including G.S. 6-21.2 or G.S. 6-21.6 where applicable. Post-judgment interest accrues at the contract rate or the legal rate (G.S. 24-5).
