Terms, Policies & Disclosures

This is an estimate based on current selections. Final invoice may adjust for site conditions or scope changes.
Travel:
Scout & Aerial is based in Whitsett, NC 27377. Each appointment includes the first 30 round-trip miles at no charge; additional distance is billed at $0.70 per mile (round trip).
 
Deposits:
No deposit is required to reserve an appointment unless the travel fee is $50 or more. In that case, the travel fee is due at booking as a travel deposit. Any travel deposit collected is applied to your final invoice (not an additional fee).
 
Scope:
Media and documentation for marketing. Measurements follow NCREC rules; ANSI Z765 when applicable. Not a home inspection, appraisal, or land survey; site/land figures are approximations and not for permitting.
 
Licensing/Use:
Media may be used to market the subject property while listed; reuse elsewhere requires permission.
